???????????????????????????????“Else than beauty

else than passion then?

Their amalgam mingled mounted up to this

How sweet the plain

how warm the true

We by this mystery charmed anew

begin again to love”

May Swenson, “A History of Love”

Those who follow me daily have probably noticed a decline in my posts. Usually, I intend to blog daily with about two to four posts. Unfortunately, my printer/scanner is down so my options to provide memories past have been diminished until my new printer arrives. Oddly enough, my camera’s battery decided to transcend to another dimension. Today, I finally received the awaited battery, so now I may begin uploading recently taken pictures. I begin with this one. It is a bloom from a tree just outside my door. I don’t know the name but it grows wild in South Florida–it may not be indigenous. When it blooms, it is the most beautiful tree I have ever seen–resembles Cherry Blossoms. If anyone is familiar with this tree and knows its name, please please let me know! 🙂

May Swenson is one of my favorite poets. Her Nature and Love poems are very exotic–and erotic.

Other going ons: I’m trying to prepare for several projects coming up, including the finalization of my book, which is the first in a series of the Exit 13 Chronicles. More will be forthcoming about this in the future.

Oh, one more thing, last week was my year anniversary with WordPress. I can’t believe it. Time has flown, so I must be having fun! 😀 Thank you all for your continued support. As I have mentioned previously, “likes” are like bouquets of flowers–to me! I love them! Looking forward to another wonderful and exciting year on WordPress!

Warm wishes….Iliana
