“My dear, I used to think I was serving humanity… and I pleasured in the thought. Then I discovered that humanity does not want to be served; on the contrary it resents any attempt to serve it.”

Stranger…actually was the impetus for much of the Neo-Pagan movement in its day. It inspired a lot of people to look for different ways of seeing God and each other. Many interesting things came out of it. Nice to see a quote from it here. Thanks for posting it all, and the picture. Hope you’re doing well,
    Steve

Hello Steve! Good to hear from you and hope you are doing well also. Yep. This book did cause a commotion during its inception but as you state, it also inspired many to a different “awareness.” I am glad you enjoyed the quote and you are very welcomed! All is good–I’m not complaining! 😀 Warm wishes.
